Little Gull is a beautiful barn conversion nestled in the heart of Roserrow, adjacent to the traditional 13th century farmhouse that was once a hive of activity in this Cornish community. This charming holiday cottage has recently been refurbished with a cosy wood-burning stove and a lovely south-facing patio and lawned area for taking in the famous Cornish sunsets.

Stepping inside the cosy seating in the sitting room is the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring this wonderful area. The whisper soft king-size beds in both bedrooms encourage a peaceful night’s sleep, whilst the well-equipped kitchen invites lazy breakfasts with a country-farmhouse style dining table. With a wide variety of modern amenities including indulgent power showers, mobile-operated central heating, remote-control blinds, WiFi and more, you can enjoy all the comforts of home in a location that is truly spectacular.
